Chinese Patent Prosecution Reexamination Win

McCoy Russell’s Chinese Patent Prosecution team won another revocation of an improper rejection by the Chinese Patent Office. Our team led the appeal to the Reexamination Board that obtained a decision revoking all rejections and indicating that the application would continue to be examined by the original examination department. The case is Chinese Patent Application No. 201480064221.3, relating to lighting systems and controls.
